Page Outline
Enabling Services Hubs (ESHs) offer community support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers closer to their homes. There are ESHs in Tampines, Jurong and Punggol.
The establishment of ESHs is part of efforts under the Enabling Masterplan 2030 and takes a regional approach to bring community support services closer to the homes of persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
SG Enable will be launching ESHs across Singapore, in partnership with social service agencies. This webpage will be updated as more ESHs are set up.

For Everyone
ESH serves as a first stop information and referral touchpoint for everyone. If you need disability support and services, ESH will link you up with suitable service providers.
Organised in collaboration with community partners such as People’s Association, these activities encourage social inclusion and improve the social skills of persons with disabilities through accessible "open group" activities. These activities are usually held outdoors and are open to all.
Examples of such activities include Kpopx, brisk walking or inclusive sports, low impact aerobics and Bokwa.
If you are looking to engage with your fellow neighbours in inclusive and meaningful activities, you can register your interest directly with the event organisers. Browse the upcoming events through:

If you are not enrolled with ESH, fret not! You can still participate in the inclusive community activities, and can explore the rest of our Enabling Guide and Caregiver Learning Roadmap for more information on the support available for you.
Regardless of whether you are a person with disability, caregiver, social sector professional or simply a resident in the neighbourhood, we welcome you to volunteer with us.
As a volunteer with ESH, you will get to support our outreach efforts, facilitate inclusive community activities, befriend persons with disabilities and help improve their social skills.
