Autism Early Childhood Intervention makes a huge difference with support and guidance to give autistic children the best chance to reach their potential. Here is my autistic twins' story through their early childhood intervention. My twins were diagnosed with autism at 3 years old. I will be sharing my twin's experience from early childhood intervention, including intensive structured teaching and practice in motor skills, social and communication skills, cognitive skills, self-help skills.
This workshop provides an introduction to toilet training for children with special needs. The focus of this workshop will inform participants of the importance of managing toileting, learning to identify the signs of toilet readiness and learning techniques to start toilet training at home. The workshop will also share various solutions to problems related to toileting within and outside of home environment. Participants will be able to identify the right time to start and try out the techniques/strategies for toilet training.

This course aims to provide parents and caregivers with knowledge on emergent literacy skills that all children need to develop in order to learn to read and write successfully. This course would equip the participants with specific strategies that can be embedded in child’s daily routine as well as in the child’s other learning contexts. The course also aims to provide the participants with the most effective ways to promote vocabulary, story comprehension, print knowledge, and oral language.

They will also see and try out all the sample assistive devices available.
